This shall include wrist/ shoulder/ hip mobility exercises .. seeing how when this is set up there can be greater ease in feeling stability in balance.
Warming up exercises preparing the body to be on hands.
Many handstand drills .. with variants given depending on experience.
We shall finish with some breathwork feeling the effects of strong lungs from handbalancing on our experience.
Presence, calmness and embodiment are byproducts of both handbalancing and breathwork.
