If you want to learn how to stand or your hands or forearms or refine your skills, this workshop is for you.
There’s so much to explore within handstands  I want you to experience ease and joy in the process.
We’ll cover:

  • Getting comfortable being on your hands or different bases.
  • How a breathing-centred approach supports inversions, ease, and stability
  • Strength, mobility, and conditioning
  • The balance of physical, technical, and mental focus
  • Alignment and refinement of different handstand shapes and inversions
  • Various entries and safe, efficient exits — including jumps and presses
  • Backbends in handstands

Building confidence, consistency, and joy in your practice
It doesn’t matter if you can’t yet hold a handstand we all start somewhere. If you’re experienced, there’s always more to discover, and experienced eyes can help deepen your practice.
