Inversions Workshop - CYoga

2 hour workshop – only 15 spaces

1st focus is Conditioning : Creating strength/ flexibility and mobility required for various handstands and forearm balances.

2nd focus is Entry/ exit strategises and effective techniques when upside down.

We will also focus on techniques for the press and movement when inverted.

Happy to workshop any requested armbalances such as peacock pose. Feel free to write any requests on this event page.
