2 hour workshop – 3-5 pm
We have a few focuses :
1st focus is Conditioning : Creating strength/ flexibility and mobility required for various handstands and forearm balances.
2nd focus is Entry/ exit strategises (ie how to get up and come down!) and effective techniques to engage when upside down and to create a “straight line”.
We will also focus on techniques for the press and movement when inverted.
Thia workshop will show how handstands can improve backbends and we will end with inverted backbends to experience the different positioning and enjoy the benefits of backbends.
