<p>– backbends in Handstands</p>
<p>It doesn’t matter if you can’t get into handstand already.  Depending on where your experience is now, we will start from there.</p>
<p>Don’t be shy.  If you are a complete beginner – we all start from somewhere.</p>
<p>If you have experience there is so much in this wonderful arena to work on – and experienced eyes always help.</p>

<p><strong>About Catie</strong><br />
Catie has been teaching yoga and meditation for over 17 years and training in the art of hand balancing for more than fifteen. She learned to stand on her hands as an adult and understands the physical and mental challenges of the journey.</p>
<p>Her approach draws from Iyengar yoga, professional hand balancers (including Cirque du Soleil performers), contortion, gymnastics, and bodywork studies.<br />
Through handstand training, Catie aims to guide people into more joyous, connected states of being.</p>
