Create.alt.Shift retreat - CYoga

Im teaching workshops on this wonderful retreat on Nusa Lembongan Island, Indonesia.

5 nights and 6 days developing body awareness that will give you confidence to have a more honed self practice.
Hosting most classes will be buddle_yoga with special guest yoga coach/ inversion artist Cyoga.

Classes will vary between flexibility, flow, strength, meditation and fear and balance play.
It’s a fun retreat with plenty of time to explore the island.
Three healthy (vegan/vegetarian meals to suit) a day are included,beautiful accommodation with a pool. One free massage per attendee given by Buddle_yoga following the methods of the sacred Thai dance. Full schedule will be loaded shortly here. Please feel free to ask further questions.
Details on how to get here and flights are also available. Nusa is a short boat ride from Sanur which is 40 mins from Ubud and similar from the airport.
£600 for all the above
We will have one day excursion which will be separate from the costs here.

Arrive Friday 15th March
Between 3-6 pm
Arrival dinner at 7.30 pm

Saturday 16th
8am -9.15am Vinyasa Flow class
10 am -12 breakfast and introduction
12-1 basic calisthenics to determine movement base
1-3 free time and lunch
3-5 animal flow
6.30 dinner
8pm Thai massage (1st attendee)

Sunday 17th
8-10 slow yoga/ yin
10.30-12 breakfast
12-2 inversion class with Catie Foroughi
2pm- 3pm late lunch
3–4 Thai massage 2 and free time
4pm-5.30pm pranayama and sunset walking meditation
6.30 dinner
8pm Thai massage 3
